​Refund & Returns Policy

At BYC Workshop, many of our products are handmade or custom-made.

Custom Orders:
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Standard Products:
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
